At the heart of our mission are Paschal Chidike Odinde and Gregory Asiegbu, two dynamic professionals driving innovation, leadership, and business transformation.

Paschal, a seasoned energy and asset integrity expert, specializes in corrosion management and digital transformation at Shell, ensuring the reliability of critical infrastructure. Gregory, a business innovation and entrepreneurship leader, manages Lagos Business School’s Business Innovation Accelerator, equipping young entrepreneurs with essential skills for success.

Together, they bring a wealth of experience in technology, sustainability, and leadership development, committed to empowering individuals and businesses for a brighter future.
